He nails Uhuru objective

1) Grab Ruto 50 percent
2) Send Raila in a wild goose chase.
3) Gain legitimacy from NASA after boycott of the 2017 repeat.

Ombudsman was a dead giveaway. Nobody asked for Ombudsman in BBI - but somehow they brought it as a ruse for the judiciary to kill BBI.

Uhuru game plan is to hand over the presidency to Gideon Moi.

But who will elect Gideon Moi. Maybe to just support him as gratitude to Moi. Unless Gideon Moi plan to kill Ruto and present himself as Kalenjin candidate - he is hopeless.
