I'll believe it when I see it. Al Jazeera is also reporting the same thing.

Raila yes for some reason despite being 2007 main principal escaped. Kibaki should join Bashir now - Muthaura and Ali were acting under his orders. Do we go and pick Bashir Chief of Staff - or Bashir.

As for Ruto-Uhuru - it was obvious hatchet job-kenya public court rejected it - causing international egg on ICC - when two indicted person were elected president and deputy - in a free and democratic election. Kick in the balls of Ocampo. Worse by the two communities :(

Trying UhuRuto on ICC - remain - a big mistake. A poorly executed hatchet job.

Is this an attempt on your part for a pre-emptive strike on behalf of Ruto? Or is it muddying the waters? :D
