The Hustler Nation Intelligence Bureau (HNIB) agents picked the following from the Mombasa State House Kenya Presidential Project meeting yesterday.
1. The President opened the meeting with a poll done by NIS. It showed DP William Ruto at 49%, Raila Odinga at 31% and the rest scoring 7% and 6%.
2. He therefore asked for unity between them so as to ensure they beat WsR.
3. I cannot support you, if you are NOT united. Ffom the poll if you do not unite, WsR will even get 50+1 without the need of a second round.
4. From where I sit, the best chance you have to win is to support Raila. He seems to have a realistic chance, but only with your support.
5. Raila is 77, we can craft a binding agreement that makes him serve one term and we will use our entire system to make sure he is bound by agreement.
6. We will even discuss and share Government now, so that everyone knows exactly what they will get once the coalition wins.
7. BBI is in a good place and it will most likely go through. Also have that in your plans.
8. Kalonzo protested the one Term Narrative saying that he had done it in 2013 and 2017 in different forms. He argued it was impossible to sell the same story in his stronghold.
9. Mudavadi also weighed on saying the unity idea was acceptable, but only if Raila came down and played like an equal.
10. Mudavadi further told Uhuru to his face that he is on the ballot to the end and will not be supporting anyone..
11. OKA also said Raila had NOT announced his candidature publicly and therefore should not be considered a candidate until he does so.
12. The President reported he had already prepared two parties from Mt. Kenya to negotiate with OKA As long as they are united so as to show they are the new force to reckon with.
The President asked that the group go and reflect on the issues and they meet again in TWO weeks, after the Court of Appeal decision on BBI.
So annoyed was the OKA trio of Kalonzo, Mudavadi and Wetangula that they did not post an update or retweet State House posts on their social media.
Other Notes
1. Before Flying to Mombasa, Mudavadi met Head of Public Service, Joseph Kinyua, at Harambee House for a long time.
2. After the meeting Kinyua called at least two people to submit their documents for CAS appointments.
3. President Uhuru had earlier met Kilifi Governor Kingi at State House
4. Kingi, our agents report, is leaving ODM to form a party that will enter negotiations with OKA. In those negotiations Kingi will insist on Baba. In yet another move by Uhuru and Raila, to convince OKA to support Tinga.
5. Before the meeting Raila had requested to appear in the meeting with Oparanya so that he is not out-numbered by the OKA group.
6. Effectively Tinga who has Gideon Moi on his side had a team of three against OKA's three.
7. Raila and his team all retweeted State House posts on their Social Media.
It is so DECLASSIFIED!

How I wish this is true. Hustler Nation and Ruto need Raila to be on the ballot. Based on the initial post . Uhuru is giving Raila and OKA a rope to hang themselves. If this is true Uhuru is using treachery to support Ruto. Akin to what he did Mudavadi in 2013 Mademoni style
Why I think there is some propaganda in ot is Uhuru expectimg BBI to go through. Its lile satan being welcomed in heaven , not possible.

Yes, I also think Uhuru is stringing the fools along - like he has done before - promising them the future - while their "stolen" victory is being chewed by Uhuru alone :)
If I was them - by now.
1) They should have got GNU - gov of national unity - but seems they got empty promises to be united by Uhuru :). Their first agenda from when they kicked out Ruto allies - in parliament - which they didn't benefit - should have been to have a couple of their men in gov.
If gov is going to be a bad rap - then how come Uhuru gov will be backing them :) :)
2) They are being told about BBI - that is dead. Even if it passes the court of appeal - it dead - because someone will rush to the Supreme court - and it's already time-barred for a referendum.

Some are waking up - something not adding up in this Uhuru madness. It's like 2013 - Uhuru walks to MaDVD - eat his Mandazi - tell him to quit from Raila - and become their candidate. maDVD asked why - they told him - we liked your wife Mandazi. Lawyers called - everything signed off. If maDVD had not run - it would have been nail-biting 49 versus 50 in 2013. Madvd took the bait, hook, line, and sinker - and run with it.
RED FLAGS
- Now someone summons 5 of you - NASA opposition - tell you to split power - and there isn't even Mt Kenya successor on the table :). The least he says I have two parties in Mt Kenya :)
- BBI - Uhuru waste time - BBI 1 till BBI 4 - break all the laws - and still at this point - is lying to NASA that BBI itapita tu :). In fact I won't be surprised if he has asked the COA judges to kill BBI and remove his name from it and any culpability.
- Cabinet reshuffle to form GNU - been on cards since 2018 - now with less than a year - same old tales.Ruto men in cabinet, gov, parastatals, ambassadors and name it are still in gov - and leaking intelligence to him like fishnet.
- Apart from Kamanda-PK-Waweru who are trying to use Baba to win Nairobi governorship - the rest of Mt kenya have slowly returned back to Ruto like nothing happened.
- Nobody seem to know what Uhuru's grand plan for Mt kenya is - now everyone is innovating. He has no clear plan..not even scared Kibicho knows what hell is going on - the boss seem disinterested in kieleweke or politics - not held even a single PG or tried to make politicians happy. The most he does is take a picture with a candidate if you manage to sneak to statehouse
- Raila to be taken to Mt Kenya next Month - has been sung since 2018 - Raila could not pass Githurai - as everyone went MIA
- What exactly did Ruto do to you - a thieving politician born and bred in grand theft say the other one is a thief
- Matiangi-Kibicho will soon find out that there were pawns with likes of Raila - in a game, they don't understand. At some point, Matiangi thought Uhuru was endorsing him for PORK :) . I keep telling them people like Uhuru are corporations - with different teams working on different projects - with CEO only the one who knows how it all fits.
- Ruto wants to face Raila. Uhuru is prepping Raila. The game is obvious - Mt kenya. If Uhuru sold Kalonzo or maDVD - Ruto would be in trouble - because mt Kenya would listen to Uhuru
