The bank loan was extended to Uganda - Nathan Magoola - a chemist who got rich by exporting Tungsten - a rare mineral that is used in the manufacture of aircraft engines and bombs.

How is Raila different. Raila in fact is the desperate kind of extortionist. Ruto is smooth. Raila kicked out Dominion Farm that was helping his own people in Kisumu - and went on to grab the 17,000-acre land - that is now lying idle. Its back to a swamp - literally - meanwhile Museveni is growing rice all over their swamps -

Ruto said he helped an East African investor. This was in response to his EARLIER visit to Uganda - where he was invited to launch the factory.
Not the ABORTED visit. The aborted visit he was going with David Langat - who is big investor in agriculture and real estate - and the Turkish investor.

Why trumpet here issues that are none issues during Trump's regime. Trump saw crimes only committed by his opponents and even when his own justice department saw none.
