With BBI collapsing and with half the cabinet quiting to join politics; it long overdue; Let hope Raila will finally get something; and he doesn't claim he is not in gov.

 :) Uhuru should recreate the powerful Ministry for State in the office of the President and appoint Tinga. Btw, that would be a way of finishing him proper. Minister for state was always the boogeyman for all things gone wrong in his second term

Even if he is made Prime Minister like 2013 - with half cabinet - he will still complain. As for now - he should at minimum demand that Oburu replace Matiangi.

He will be joining a broke unpopular government dealing with COVID-19 economic mess - that is huge political prize.
