She has said nothing.
In the long run it will only down to one issue. Fighting corruption in Kenya. All those theories on the economy are a waste of time as corruption rages with no consequences for most of the corrupt people.

But do we have institutions fighting corruption? How are President and incoming gov suppose to fight corruption. Simple. Leave EACC to conduct investigation on everyone and the judiciary to timely pass judgment.

The problem independent commissions and offices like EACC, DPP and Police have long surrendered their institutions to executive. Only judiciary remain.

So fighting corruption should be one line. Implement COk2010. These institutions should similarly defend their independence. They should go for big fish.

If they had gone for Matiangi for Ruaraka for example - Uhuru 2nd term anti-graft war would have gotten somewhere. They nee to go BIG like jucidiary did to annual presidential election of a sitting president. THAT TELLS EVERYONE YOURE ARE INDEPENDENT

EACC need executive whose job would be to send every Harambee House Interior minister to prison - because corruption starts and ends there - it start from the presidency office - that is where all the big telephone calls are made

Or for Ruto on Kimwarer and Arror dams.

Ruto is too sophisticated. Matiangi was found with his hand on the jar. That is how you fight corruption or crime. You can call Ruto names but unless there is evidence; then it nothing. Matiangi case was clear cut. Mois and Kenyattas stole but there is no evidence. There was enough evidence on their sister and nephews but Uhuru steal more but zero evidence.

As long as Ruto has properties we can take him to face Justice Mumbi Ngugi and see if he can account for his wealth. Here he will have to prove of how he accumulated his billions and not the other way round.
Ruto is lucky to live in a farm called Kenya where some pigs are more equal to others.

Raila manifesto is BBI 101

"Pesa mashinani" model of 35% direct to counties - and "Made in Kenya" innovation hubs

Seem to be Ruto bottoms-up vs Raila pesa mashinani. I still can't get what Mdvd model is - he mumbles incoherently about taxes and debt burden.

Raila has no economic agenda - and generally, doesn't understand economics - I knew it from 2005. Jubilee beat him because he was always fumbling - and bringing in experts :)_

MaDVD is thinking of his tenure in the 1990s - when he was helping IMF/WB reforming Kenya institutions as the finance minister. He thinks Jubilee has got kenya back to 90s and he can come and help recover the economy.

Ruto obviously understand this deeply

And is not willing to divulge the details for Raila and company to copy and paste - and call it sijuir RURAL transformation (Moi 1984), Pesa Mashinani(Isaac Ruto) or devolution (?)

Ruto is talking of a model that affect everyone - be they in turkana herding their cattle, in lake victoria fishing, in nairobi hawking in the streets, in my village driving bodaboada. If you say rural - what about urban poor?

It's a broad base model that resonates with majority of kenyans - who are POOR and increasingly becoming poor as COVID guts business.

The way things are going Ruto could actually move his revolution from Jubilee to nationwide. Sonko kind of way - and he could score 70 percent.

Hustler versus Dynasty dressed in Bottom-Up is genius. The dynasty thing they were fighting as class war. The Bottom up they are confused - and can only make jokes about it.

Jokes are good - they are not going round claiming Ruto want to incite a class war.

Seem to be Ruto bottoms-up vs Raila pesa mashinani. I still can't get what Mdvd model is - he mumbles incoherently about taxes and debt burden.

Pure sycophancy.

Definition of sycophant:

a self-seeking, servile flatterer; fawning parasite. :D
