Title: Kalonzo does his kati-kati thing

Look like Raila promised him some money and a possibility of 2022 backing. Kalonzo as always is all over the map. One part of him believe Uhuru and GEMA should just back him being their bantu cousin. The other part want to collect debt from Raila. The other part want to chart his own way - with maDVD.

1) Money and 2) Loosing parliamentary position - are their immediate concerns - but surely they should have thought through before promising maDVD and weta :)

What you fail to note is how viciously Kalonzo, Mdvd deconstruct Ruto - not Raila - especially the bottom-up ponzi. Like you said yourself it's ground time - deals baadaye.

Ruto is the guy to beat - why deconstruct somebody who has deconstructed himself - like Raila. In fact Ruto can finish the game early by nailing Kalonzo :). I see Muthama is busy trying to deliver him to Ruto. Broke Kalonzo is begging ODM money because Charity, Mutua and Kivutha cannot give him anything. If Ruto told him - here is a billion shilling - he will sign on.
