There you go .This is their plan B. Effecting a Constituional Crisis. In 2007 he managed through P.E.V.
2013 their plan of forcing a second round elections and effecting a power agrwement didnt go through.
In 2017 they had a million and one cases in court prior to elections to postpone elections , still it didnt happen.
After annulment of elections they boycotted the elections in hopes of creating a constituional crisis . Still didnt help.
How he plans to suspend the elections is just bizare.

I didn't know Kioni is a Raila supporter. I thought all Kieleweke are shortly going to join hustler en masse? What this tells you, dear Noway, is that Mt Kenya is effectively segmented - and the lucklustre UDA performance has further entrenched positions. Boundaries and BBI are actually not a "Raila" issue and have strong backing in Mt Kenya. Remember your otherwise vocal and opinionated cult leader is a watermelon; he dares not touch the boundaries hot potato in Gema.

Uhuru and his mafia aka Deep State would love to use Raila to overstay but I think Uhuru gov is so unpopular it would be courting a revolution that will take anybody involved. Unless Raila is a fool - or NASA folks - anybody who will want to be part of this - will hurt politics so badly. Kenyans are TIRED. They want a change of gov. Starting from Kiambu - they are tired with Uhuru.
Sort of wanting to start a war like Ethiopia did by using COVID-19 to postphone elections - there is no reason why election will be postphoned.
Boundary review is btw 8-12 yrs - we are not yet there.
There is no war in kenya - and that is only justifiable reason not to hold the general election.
In short - these are people who find themselves in a tight corner - and haven't come to terms that Uhuru is going home in about 1yr - and having fallen out with Ruto will go home - if Raila come - they go HOME even faster :)
What will save Uhuru is Kamweru the NIS director - he need to be a brave as Boinnet - and tell Uhuru the truth - the truth is Uhuru and his gov is unpopular they need to just go home - because the mlevi is probably under siege from brokers.
