Interesting. DL had funded Jubilee hoping to get SGR - like Wanjigi - but walirukwa. I guess he is back on good books.

All the chiefs - and Ass Chief - this now make sense. Jubilee were rigging by intimidating old people
THE PLAN
1. On the weekend before the By-election, they paid all Eldery people the monthly Shs. 2,000, this plan targeted SIX THOUSAND people. They were paid FOUR months in advance. So each of them got 8,000 Bob. That is a cool Shs. 16m. ( This explains why Njama only added close to 6k votes on top of his 2017 vote)
2. The Eldery is the PRINCIPAL reason the Chiefs were deployed into polling stations. They threatened Grandfather's and Grandmother's and deployed prefects to ensure they voted or else 'their names are struck off the cash transfer list'
3. On the night before the by-election and on the day itself - Harambee House prefects ordered the arrest of tens of UDA mobilizers. Effectively denying them a chance to vote and bring out the vote.
4. In court, the police had no CHARGES in all cases so they filed Miscellenous applications asking for more time to conduct investigations and file statements from IEBC clerks - Total Nonsense really.
5. Fortunately, our lawyers have countered the nonsense in court and the court has agreed with them that the Miscellenous Applications need not be allowed.
6. However, unfortunately, the Court in Kiambu has issued unreasonably high cash bail for the mobilizers at Shs. 200k each.
In a Free and Fair COMPETITION, Jubilee cannot come close to anyone.
We will NEVER abandon our Foot Soldiers. We will get them all out at our cost and we will represent them in court.
As for the ones who spent more than 24 hours in court we will ask our lawyers to seek justice for them and costs surcharged on indidual police bosses so that in future we stop that kind of nonsense.
Despite all that, Deep State and Jubilee still lost to The People!

Rigging is not a such big issue at parliamentary level. Otherwise I find it fascinating and amusing that some people believe it doesn't happen.

Unless someone want to waste money in lawyers; by the time the case is resolved; it will be general election.
They are not worth; By April - parliament and MCAs will have been dissolved; IEBC will not be conducting by-elections.
Now its time to start serious campaign - because elections for MCA, Senators, Governors, MPS - will be held on March/April - Not August.
The part primaries will determine 90 percent of those seats - with few wild cards.
So btw Now and April - you about 6-8 months to campaign - you better start now - come Dec - civil servants will resign enmasse to join the tumble. Now you have to try do every weekend campaign blitz. Come Jan-April - it will be daily activity - monday to sunday
10th August is really the presidential election - otherwise most of the contest at lower levels will have been decided on popular regional parties level - by April.
