Title: Museveni- claims that Uganda covid19 vaccine is about to be launched

Great news. I am not sure why south Africa and Nigeria cannot produce a vaccine. It is a shame

Manufacturing a vaccine and producing one are two different issues.
Note even advanced countries like Japan and South Korea have not been able to produce a covid-19 vaccine. The Chinese made covid-19 vaccines are not as effective as said to be. So I can assure you even Ugandans will not touch this Ugandan vaccine.

In a recent study, China's vaccine has failed to protect recipients. It works in the lab but has no chance in real world. So you think Uganda even has a chance???
