Let me be the first to say it: There is a guerrilla war in Uganda!

Museveni has chosen not to publicize it but we are back to the 80s. The insurgents are using Museveni's tactics. They are killing people that Museveni can be blamed for. Museveni is doing his own abductions and killings. The result is exactly what the insurgents want: Lawlessness and an image of a brutal despot unable to tame security forces or provide security.

M7 brazen rigging out this year election marked the end of his regime; He has no legitimacy and that is very critical; coz he is not from a majority tribe.
