That Jubilee 2.0 has performed :) :) meanwhile KNBS are yet to release 2020 figures as we approach July (normally would be out by April); I think they are cooking and re-cooking; growth definitely negative -

It was a coded message . Meant he and his boys performed well in looting than in his first term because there was less noise . He called looting Development agenda and Making noise Political agenda .

Yes that seem the subliminal message - he surely has looted unchallenged after playing both Jubilee and NASA - brilliant political move.

He will sacrifice social spending to service debt. But his Achilles hill will be when he fails to pay the military. County staff no longer get pay and many now collect taxes  but refuse to forward to treasury.

Civil servants are lagging. Pensions forgotten.

Yes I know in Bomet - salaries haven't been paid since january.

BBI - 35% - wajinga sana. No that budget circle is gone. Treasury will focus on the next. Meanwhile it will be like Nigeria - with counties raking up debts in staff and suppliers.

Uhuru is of course not a leader. A leader should face the country - and admit we are broke! And we can start serious austerity measures - salary cuts - and name it.

The 2021 budget is full of scams, it's over the legal limit and unjustified spending. Projects already completed are in it with sometimes 5 times what was planned & already paid for. The SGR is collecting money to construct sections already completed while the Kisumu and Nanyuki lines are fetching more money for completed and fully paid for sections. The whole thing is just fraud
