Seems the Plan is A . We are two months to July after which any amendments to be done through referendumn will have no impact in 2022 elections and here instead of Raila warming up to the idea of Parliamentary initiative or coming up with Plan B or C. He is still lying to his people  We will have a referendum by July . For heavens sake even IEBC cannot prepare in a Months time . If a small By elections it takes them 3  Months to prepare taking into considerations procurment processes and logistics , then what about a National Referendum which is more or less like a General election minus MCA/MPS/Governors .
