Title: BBI Team Now Want to Withdraw Appeal from COA and file it To Supreme Court

The  BBI sponsors are engaging in an open&deliberate process of forum shopping. Here is the evidence. They applied for a stay at the High Court then withdrew. Have filed a Notice of Appeal at CoA&now they want to withdraw&go straight to Supreme Court.

I suggest they try the Arusha Court of East Africa - that only court that will give them favourable hearing - other the entire judiciary is opposed to BBI for before anything self-preservation.

I think COA and SCORK will dismiss the case IN LIMME :) as lawyers say - for the sake of JUDICIAL ECONOMY - not need to waste paper and pen on something 5 bench constitutional court has unanimously decided on 350 page rulling.
