Title: GM On Court Of Appeal Overturning High Courts BBI Judgement Vs Supreme Court

1. The chances of the Court of Appeal overturning the High Court five judges' judgment on bbi is less than 5%.

2. The chances of the Supreme Court of Kenya overturning the bbi judgment is over 75%.(5 to 2)

3. The Supreme Court is the WEAKEST link in the Judicial chain.

90% of Kenyan lawyers are of the view that yesterday's judgment of the the five judge bench on bbi was a solid and sound judgment. About 85% think an appeal to the Court of Appeal is a waste of time and PUBLIC FUNDS.
