Chatter in Jubilee-land is rife that NASA are planning on not participating on the 17th, or even something more sinister... Especially because a lot of their energy isn't going into campaigning.

Why can't Jubilee go on and campaign? Is there a law that NASA MUST campaign? What is itching them in their a**H**
