It was already done by Matiangi. And Ruto added the shares. Ruto is too smart for that. All his investments can be explained - because he takes loans. Weston is financed by KCB to a tune of1B Kshs. The same with the rest.

Muguku built a business empire from Chicken - Ruto will simply attribute his wealth to his chicken.

As for Uhuru - he needs to explain why he has not declared this wealth before....for I suspect he hasnt

And who allowed him to operate bank accounts outside kenya...that is automatic 5yr jail term

You are dreaming. No prominent politician in Kenya is ready for a lifestyle audit. Uhuru will be back in Kenya in a week and Kenyans will by then have forgotten the Pandora Papers.
We are used to moving on.

What uhuru should do is resign...thats the honorable thing to do. Uhuru never declared or closed those accounts to comply with the constitution but continued to operate those accounts in false belief Kenyans will not find out. What else is he hiding?

Resign? So that who can takeover?
Remember this is a man who was elevated to the presidential post while being an ICC suspect. There are no worse crimes on this earth than to be suspected of planning mass murder of people. So hiding public loot in offshore accounts is a petty affair to this man.

Truth is uhuru committed genocide...financing killing of poor luos in Naivasha. The argument at that time was innocent till proven guilty but when the case took off he killed and bribed witness. On this one he has admitted ownership of the account and the argument now is 3 billion is nothing for kenyatta criminal enterprise never mind they are not disclosing what is in the other 10 accounts...this is only in Panama. They have other accounts in cayman Island where they have set up these companies fleecing Kenyans through KPL. Also they have accounts in Mauritius. At this point I can only conclude their bank is conduit of money laundering.

Dear Kutoeleweka and ODMlets,
Some of us, do not jump into criticism for the sake of it or to score cheap political bonga points.
We rather join the party late than to shoot without getting the FACTS FIRST.
While this may shock you, we draw no joy in criticizing the president seeing it is us who voted him into office.
Our point of contention in respect to the president operating offshore accounts is two-fold, and none has to do with whether the current head of state was born a trillionaire or a pauper.
Contention 1:
A President by LAW CAN'T Operate an offshore account. It's is illegal as it is immoral!
Why illegal?
Well, Article 76(2) of our Constitution and Section 19 (1 -2) of the Leadership & Integrity Act, 2012,  EXPRESSLY prohibits a state officer from operating offshore accounts.
Now, let's say there was a lacuna in the said law that somehow permitted the president to stash wealth in foreign countries, the act is IMMORAL...which brings us to...
Contention 2:
According to Investopedia, no matter who they are or the source of their money, those who stash money in Tax Havens do so to avoid paying taxes to their home countries.
It's that simple!
For a president, who is currently presiding over one of the most unforgiving tax regimes in the world to comfortably find ways not to pay tax...that's IMMORAL
And lest you don't have an idea the kind of Kenyans who stash money abroad, please read the Kroll Report and see for yourself that a ruling family stashed over 140bn of TAXPAYERS MONEY in offshore accounts as Kenyans were begging the international community for aid and loans.
I hope you now understand our contention, right?
Well, thank you for your time. You may now resume your sanitization project.
