Remember uhuru scored 10% on average of Luhya votes....Ruto is doing 50% plus...that 40% increase is enough to handle huge losses in half of GEMA and modest losses in most of GEMA.

Sioni. 2002 KANU won most. 2007 was total confusion by Kibaki PNU lack of strategy. UDA conducted nominations. The party enjoys at least 50 percent of the support. It will drop  1 or 2 seats but majority from governor to mca will be UDA. And idea that youths dont vote - doesnt apply in general election - where everything is suspended. In by-election yes - because it's not a national holiday.
