Sacred cow in jubilee...after Ruto..the handshake is going to be stillborn.Raila should have accepted to be no 4 after matiangi or duale...and he would have survived.This is akin to rehabilated jaramogi attacking the dead jomo and getting fired pronto by Moi.

I expect him to only attack Ruto's allies who threaten or outshine GEMA to sow division. He will never attack GEMA.

He is conflicted so dont expect any displine in his war
