I hear there is a curfew from 6 pm to 6 am. They are trying to protect the tea from being harvested at night. Assaulting anyone found outside from 6 pm.
Lazima they have given Ruto or someone high up a tea estate like they did to Moi (Kaisuku tea estate and factory)
