Ruto ni mjuaji. He believes he knows everything better than anyone else. That is why he believes he has to comment on all issues.

With a PhD surely one must have across Murphy's law  which simply stated says if something can go wrong, it will go wrong. One cannot tempt fate so recklessly like that.

My instincts on this guy were right. Time has proven that he is a narcissist. Even Kalenjin community is starting to see how flawed he is.

High functioning sociopath... the right kind. Ok it's a double-edged sword. RV Pundit masquerades as one but hatoshi mboga.
I desire to go to hell and not to heaven. In the former place I shall enjoy the company of popes, kings, and princes, while in the latter are only beggars, monks, and apostles. ~ Niccolo Machiavelli on his deathbed, June 1527

A good example is El Nino. Why on earth did he have to make a comment of it? Who even expected him to comment on the issue? Now the country is facing floods and he does not even make a statement on how the national government will go about the issue. County governments have been left on their own and even the so called El Nino funds do not seem to exist.
