Arm the locals to fight these Kaafirs, they are the worst of Human kind.
Urgent meeting with NEP leadership should happen, recruit 500 arm them and they should be hunting them by foot.

Why should citizens be armed while they pay taxes to finance state security systems?

Arming citizens doesn't solve war.Look at Somalia Sudan Libya. It makes matters worse. If the alshabab know that you are armed in your house, they will first throw a grenade in your house, come in large numbers with stronger weapons and take your arms.

The solution is for the goverment to bomb the communities harbouring these criminals and cut off food and other relief supplies.Starve and Maim for years. That nonsense will stop.

If  they kill 2 citizens,GOK kills 2000 and starves another 2000 to death.

The dispossessed 'locals' are the ones who offer support. Terrorists cannot be roaming villages without knowledge of locals. There was going to be trouble when Kikuyus in Lamu decided to use their numbers politically.

I am sure the locals are powerless and are killed , ask me about bandits , i have lived through it Isiolo, Samburu and Laikipia during Moi days.

These shabaab Kaafirs must be fumigated, what they dis is unforgivable , I am boiling. How on earth can u do that, the military cannot fight this, APs do better job in battling bandits and scumbags like these.
