Why are you assuming they are fake while we know they could have been sent to meet their maker? It has happened before and will happen again.

Most of them were relocated to Europe - but they disappeared or demanded to be taken back to kenya. Yes Yebei was most likely killed for ICC - and many Mungikis have been.

Secondly every kalenjin knows their allegations borders on the absurd.

If Ruto did the planning and organizing publicly like they allege - ICC will not run out of witnesses.

We also know they were mostly PNU guys - paid by likes of Nancy, Kuria and Martha - to lie they were close to Ruto.

On my part I never believed that Kalejins centrally planned the killings of other people in RV. Even the concept of William Ruto sitting together with Henry Kosgei is far from my imagination. Those two really never fitted politically in one room.

With Gicheru's case is another one altogether. The case is not about Ruto, but of Gicheru bribing and scheming on the potential witnesses. Even if these were fake witnesses, Gicheru has a case to answer in bribing and intimidating them.
