We have his financier Muthuma, Ruto has retained all Ukambani Jubilee members, and Ruto has won new supporters in Ukambani. Therefore what really is Kalonzo bringing - at best 8 percent - otherwise Ruto on his own will get 2 percent of Ukambani.

But he has to show he can be a threat to Ruto in Mt kenya - so the next few months are critical - if not Ruto will choose for Mt kenya - because they are disunited.

as expected this climaxed with a presser to attack Ruto. Ruto attacked Kalonzo over Yatta in Jan - this is picking a fresh fight.
