Title: Can mr odinga and his NRM mitia dare swear themselves in
Post by: RV Pundit on November 22, 2017, 12:50:20 PM
I don't think so. Mr Odinga is aged billionairre who knows treasons. He spend 9 yrs in prison for the same offence although he was not formally charged. If he dares - then him & gang - will be busy at prison and corridors of law.

Their best bet is to wait for 2022!

Let me paraphrase.
Can Ouruto dare congratulate thelsemselves for the fraud?  Ouru and his sidekick are self-made Abrigan temocrats whose Phyrric victory is so daring - him and his gang - that illegitimate applause from western diplomats had no choice but to be solicited. Their best bet is to divert attention from 2017 to 2022.

Why are Jubilee fans so obsessed with what Raila does or doesn't do? You created your own republic, ran your own race, competed amongst yourselves and will swear yourselves in. Your actions by default also created a second republic where no elections happened and not less than the SCOK agreed with that in its Monday verdict. We are pursuing different outcomes. Yours is yours and the rest have theirs. Kwai celebeatin imeisha? It's very surpeising that Jubilee have served you a bowl of mokimo and instead of eating slowly in the house of mumbi you are busy commenting on our fried omena.

Bessigye swore himself in....I dug that video.

Babu is running out of tricks, his supporters have seen blood, infants being killed, tear gas, maybe the only other thing that can excite them is Babu going to jail

Kenya is irreducible minimum.Anything else is your own fertile imagination. Let Raila swear himself in that republic he's created and we shall see.

Ouru created Raila's second republic. We can all see it from the sidelines.

The obsession is because there's no Jubilee without Odinga validation.  Proof - Odinga withdrew from the charade, they insisted on having him on the ticket.  Odinga's supporters stayed away from the charade - the tally tag line was Uhuru vs Odinga.  Odinga was not a party in the petition, yet Jubilidiots insist that they beat him.

I like the route NASA are taking, completely oblivious of the unilateral declaration of independence by the thieving bastards.  I bet Jubilidiots hadn't seen it until you mentioned it above.  The ultimate result of their extreme tribalism, electoral fraud, massive corruption, murders, IEBC hijack and the intimidation of SCOK is the creation of the People's Republic where qualification of citizenship is the decency, integrity and respect for others.

In my view, NASA should not press on with a swearing in but concentrate instead on the People's Assemblies and the policies that would be beneficial to the People's Republic.

First order of business is to stop paying taxes to the national government.  Then press on with other "domesticating" laws that in effect neuter and make national government irrelevant at county level.  Ideally a county level police, security infrastructure and even an elections body to conduct elections and referendum to enable ratification by the people.  These bodies will have freedom to utilise technology to open up and strengthen the process.

If I were Joho, I'd pass laws to specifically criminalise that idiot commissioner right away.

Then arrange a national Peoples' Convention to consolidate counties into the People's Republic with their own elected president.

Folks will be too busy setting up their nation to worry about the fake president and his thieving deputy.

After Monday 20th November 2017 SCOK pronouncement only hard core ODM supporters still entertain the dreams of Presidential  elections before 2022.

Other Kenyans have already forgotten about 2017 Presidential elections and moved on.

They saw a whole President ( with the real power to disobey the court)  respect the 1st September 2017  SCOK decision and thus no other Kenyan , Jakom included can do otherwise.
