Title: Odunga's Ruling
Post by: Kim Jong-Un's Pajama Pants on January 02, 2015, 10:52:19 PM
I listened to Odunga.  Compared and contrasted with Mutungaru's 5 minute, 1 and a half page Supreme Court ruling against the CORD petition.  And wept.

I would be interesting to see what Odunga would have said in the Alan Wadi case.

His counterpart, Ann Kaguru, who would clearly reach for her dictionary at the mention of freedom of speech, had this to say as she sent the young man to the gulag for insulting kamwana.
Quote
In her ruling, Ms Kaguru said , “the offence is serious and a deterrent penalty is called for to serve as a warning to others abusing the social media forums.”

Impressive. Lenaola used to be like that. Now its just Odunga and Mumbi Ngugi. I am sure Mutunga will keep Ngugi out of this if he can help it. Majanja is in definitely.
