 aka "Uhuru" have made their intention known that they will rig election or heck - Ruto knows he will lose. Ruto has a choice to make. He can lose and wait to fight again like Raila until he is 80yrs - or he can decide to go rogue - boycott election - we saw with NASA didn't work.
