Some schools and counties should consider this option. It is good even for hostels - virtually everything. You can get any kind of floor ceiling, depends on your pocket.

Its a much cheaper option. No payment of overinflated construction costs of public facilities.

Very factual and articulate. when Kenyans fought Moi in early 90s it was not because he was a Tugen but because of poor leadership and blatant, in your face tribalism where he transformed government institution to kalenjin institutions. so Kenyans were fighting against tribalism. In 2002 Kenyans voted against tribalism. they choose kibaki based on merit,  he had more experience than Uhuru. In 2007 Kibaki presidency had been hijacked by Gema mafia and so people voted against tribalism. 2013 Uhuru and Ruto used tribalism to ascend to power, majority of Kenyans voted against but with rigging they tribalism 'won'.  2017 will be a referendum on tribalism

I think he is suffering from something. My sources claimed AIDS. however, i doubt because you can reverse AIDS effects with ARVs and look normal again..
