Jubilee have failed in the road sector - they need to go back to drawing board and figure out how to deal with it.

No money.

More cash being spent paying off debts:

And we have not even started paying back for the SGR loan for phase I from Mombasa to Nairobi. Do not even mention phase II from Nairobi to Naivasha.

Problem with Kenya is that the mafia has taken over every project funded by taxpayers. Whenever there is a project to be built the mafia moves in buys land around the place then make the govt pay the inflated prices. Project becomes too expensive as the govt delays till there is money. Private businesses also pull back. Same thing going on everywhere. People are getting richer at taxpayer expense. Its like a dog eating his tail.

When government employess talked abiout unsustainable debt, Jubilee silenced them.
Auditors are afraid of telling the truth, so they get opaid to keep quiet.
Only thing sustaing Kenyan economy is diaspora. But once they realize that they paid too much for land theyll try selling it but no takers. I have a friend trying to sell a one acre Kitisuru land for 100million. So far, he has no takers. Others are still buying.
