Its seven years later, so the person feels that he/she does not have to continue. Change his/her mind, and you are off the hook.
Perjury or not it is what it is.

seems like the prosecution has resigned from previous charges and decided to hunt for information and nail Ruto on obstruction of justice

This will be interesting. Now it's upto OTP to proof the witness was bribed or intimidated....let see what OTP are upto today.
