Who is this guy?  I have no trust on this guy. NASA should keep him at arm length.  We all remember how his sidekick Mutai took jubilee money at 11th hour to abandon a court case.

Havi strikes me as an opportunist. I have not heard him advance any sound argument on anything. Not even a raker of wins like Fred Ngatia or the Mullah. However he is consistently anti-Jubilee or pro-NASA. He is footsoldier material, not a political ally or thought leader. Keep him at arm's length like Miguna.
