I am not sure what their angle is.  What are they trying to accomplish?

Observers are useless. They are just their to make sure money for these crownings keep on coming in. They are their on behest of the funders of the elections protecting millions of dollars in contracts

NASWA has fingered them as too much pro-IEBC/Jubilee. That may make them targets
