For Senators's I think their is a need to consider their perking order. How do they do the national good....impeaching, oversight of devolution without being in counties. How will they justify their reelection after 5 years...no visibility. Should the constitution take care of this. Thinking of old wazees like Wako, Wilfred Machage, Kagwe and Kajwang and new ones like Murkomen, Sang etc fit in?
Perking as in Senate, MPS - certain privileges. How do other senates work? Do we need the senate?
