IEBC Servers Will Send People to Prison
« on: September 01, 2017, 10:26:29 PM »
I am sure eventually they will be opened. Then it will be found that they were edited to remove certain information from what was handed to the court. That is both perjury and contempt of court.

Alternatively they will be deleted. That can only be done by wiping the hard disk clean. That act would amount to tampering with evidence because the specific evidence has been subpoenaed and therefore under permanent preservation orders.

I can therefore see Muhatia in prison.

Omollo you'd better tell AFRICOG or any of those guys or NASA to have a petition ready for filing at the High Court on Monday demanding the opening of those servers. They should have filed it today but Monday is still ok.

We need to fry some asses for electile dysfunction. But even if we don't, the real threat of jail and legal fees, not to mention some detention will be sufficient to send the bloody message home

My advise to NASA is to make life too costly for Jubilee. They should attack from multiple fronts. Tying their helpers in litigation is one way. I think they should embark on private prosecution of the political ministers and civil servants, trigger their resignation or suspension. Uhuru cannot replace a minister or certain officials.

Start the leakages of their secrets and meet them half way with a well coordinated smear campaign.
