The courts have ruled that he lacks the power to freeze accounts etc but Fazul hears not. He continues to purport to exercise powers he lacks. Just like Swazuri I can say in a perfectly Omollosque manner that he is under instructions from Uhuru Kenyatta. Uhuru is driven by fear and jealousy (wivu)

Fazul must have written this himself. There is a reason people insist on a student completing his course and earning good grades.

Note that he is now in office illegally having been ordered to vacate the same by the high court. That means his orders and commands are null and void and could even result in him being sued.

I hope the CBK will seek the AG's opinion before following up on the letter. They would expose themselves to serious liabilities.
