Dr Masinde Phd, Msc, JD, M.Phil sibuol Mbrrrrrrrrrrr was quite the character
Also known as Jaluth Masoko and Mboya Rusinga
He used to have crazy catfights with Oloo and the two of them were rumored to be gay lovers (since they both had been in jail at some point) who had fallen out.
He started his terrorism in the kids-playground Mashada and quickly transitioned to RCB where he wreaked similar havoc
I miss Mungu Ngai Pan, Asali, Stocko (formerly Nyumba), Prof wa Louisiana (forgot his RCB handle), 5thglg wa Paree, WaKwish, Toli/Tolstoy the philosopher - I'm sure he is lurking on this forum. I also miss my buddy Garibaldi Wa Gatheru whose impeccable wit  and storos were hard to match. Mil Polo wa Dallas was also very entertaining.
I also remember how Evian, the effeminate economist from Canada, who was a johnny-come-lately to RCB came with mingi steams, spewing his Toronto brand of socialist economics sqweeeeeh on anyone who cared to listen. Woe betide you if you challenged him.
I also remember how mlungu letaa Rich born in Tenwek, Rift Valley would sometimes get annoyed at one thing or another and vent on us about how server hosting fees were high
I think majority of RCB'rs were abroad and returned home where they went offline. I still see 5th posting pics of the house she is jengaring squaaaa on the Kenyan building forums after having relocated from Mayotte
Very nice memories.

Papa F. Nimesema! We had some run ins with papa eff and other monderators like mra chake who got outed towards the dying days of rcbowen. The onry cool monderator was mil polo.

Oloo (rip  O:-)) hated it when we called him nyangi, whoever the hell came up with that moniker for him. As for masinde, that nguy was full of bile. There is no way he could have disappeared quietly from the internet.

That's the name..Papa F!
hehehehe@ Nyangi. You were one of those who harassed him with that name to smithereens. RIP indeed.
Oloo's biggest handicap was that he wore his emotions on his sleeve. He was hypersensitive and irascible when it came to any view contrary to his.
But his most bitter enemy was Njamriki a.k.a Natty Dread wa Amsterdam; yet another jailee who was rumored to have spent half his life in and out of the can in Holland.
Njamriki always had "a small question" for Oloo. Njamriki pia had a short fuse beyond a certain point of harrassment. I remember biting at his cyber-heels until he posted his Amsterdam passport on the forum  He branded me Katoto ka Celelac when he got truly annoyed

Does anyone remember how Oloo had an online podcast called the Dunia show where he introduced his son Sankie (Sankara) that he had with a Canadian lady to the world? The show would start with a long episode of lingala or reggae tululululuuuuuuuu before Oloo gave the mealy-mouthed urchin world a piece of his Marxist mind.
Folks also forget that Migush was once an RCBr. In fact RCB is where he  cut his political teeth, got famous and eventually got plucked into political service by the former PM, whence he turned into an unmitigated disaster.
Other RCBrs who went home and joined politricks include Benji Ndolo, who conned Kwiinyans in atlanta out of millions with his "All about the Benjamins" real estate company, and Ngujiri Wambugu. And what happened to our buddy Poor Kaloi. Both audacityofhope and sema sound like him.

And who remembers the Jimmy Gathu show (forgot the name) that was on radio in Kwiinya and he at one point was taking questions posted on RCB as well as call ins.
That's where my good buddy Njamba earned his fame with his "Maney flom ablod" call in comment
And who remembers Frank Mwaniki (RIP) - the Chairman of KCA; Kenyan Community Hamblod, calling in drunk to said show lol!

RCB was truly a hall of fame both online and offline.

Those surely were the days!

Seems just like yesterday yet that was over 15, 20 years ago!

Time is a beast man
