Jubilee Crumbling in Western
« on: March 12, 2017, 07:24:57 PM »
Jubilee set out to triple its 66K vote in 2013 to roughly 200K.

Brokers emerged. They saw the Eurobond and wasted no time. The propagandists were not too far behind. The counted these brokers as proof of the "shifting ground" in Western.

So now that the brokers are fast decamping from Jubilee back to the Opposition, would the propagandists review their positions? Nah! Do not expect it. I can safely predict that Washiali will dump Jubilee shortly. He has no intention of being out of parliament and once he has earned enough eurobond will follow his own people.

Meanwhile Uhuru is busy distributing worthless papers he calls "title deeds". He has denounced a high court ruling that declared the title deeds as null and void. I wish I could lay my hands on a few of them to go to his banks and secure loans with them refuse to pay and see where they would take me.

Jubilee Party has suffered a blow in Kakamega after its two keys allies defecting to Orange Democratic Movement (ODM).

Former ODM youth leader Rashid Mohammed and former Shinyalu MP Justus Kizito have ditched the ruling party for ODM.

Both Rashid and Kizito once were members of ODM.

Rashid confirmed a meeting with ODM leader Raila Odinga and his deputy Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya which influenced the decision to rejoin the Orange party.

"ODM has reached to a number of key leaders in the county in their quest to have them work with them ahead of this year's elections. There has been a meeting with ODM top leaders and believe me Jubilee has suffered the loss in the county," said Rashid.

Mumias East MP Benjamin Washiali who is Jubilee point man in the county said he heard rumor of Kizito quitting the party but he is yet to confirm it.

"I treat as rumor because they have not declared it publicly. Jubilee is ready to defeat ODM in this county," said Washiali.

ODM through Oparanya is also said to be reaching out on two incumbent MPs to decamp from Jubilee to ODM.
