Central (87 per cent) and Rift Valley, which is the largest voting region, are number two and three, respectively (60 per cent). Coast (58 per cent), Eastern (57 per cent), Western (43 per cent), Nyanza (48 per cent) and Nairobi (48 per cent) have all registered below 60 per cent of the weekly targets.

Western is bottom at 43 percent...while Central is leading with 87 percent.Ruto has to work on getting 60% of RV votes to something close to 90%.

After registration has ended..we will do MOAS and confirm Uhuru is going for another 5yrs.

This is just the first week but its clear jubilee has strong ground work for registration and turnout the votes, so much for voter apathy that was expected by opposition. One of the best and brilliant decision uhuru made was to purchase kameme  radio station. He has direct contact with his base, its like conservative talk radio in America.
Another thing that's going to work very well its the smart card. Jubilee will have a database of registered voters, their phones numbers and can directly communicate with them. Also clearly they'll know which areas to concentrate on and what to say.
