Why would Uhuru have admitted anything (planning, executuion, etc.) to Njiru and then tell him to withhold it from the court? Wouldn't it have been simpler for Uhuru to just deny everything to him?

Why would Uhuru have admitted anything (planning, executuion, etc.) to Njiru and then tell him to withhold it from the court? Wouldn't it have been simpler for Uhuru to just deny everything to him?

I am not saying that kamwana is involved.   But the lawyer might know one or two incriminating things just from having been part of the team and privy to everything including the private sessions.  Still it would be unwise for kamwana to start wiping out lawyers.  You never know when you might need one in the future with no takers.  It's not the same as eliminating the Yebeis and Maina Diambos.

I still believe Uhuru (plus the wekk known gang of idiots from both sides of the divide) was involved in the PEV but in this case, I think these speculations are really too "much ado about nothing".
