Jubilee promised to open up security contracts to scrutiny but have gone against this word. The whole interior and defence procurement need some oversight. We still continue to buy anything security 3 times the world average price.

Opening up Internal security and Defence to scrutiny will make the scandals in NYS, Eurobond, Goldenberg look pedestrian by comparison.
