Like I said before when Balala started a war against ODM, Mvita is a constituency shared by consent between Luo, Luhya and other up country folks (with Luo dominant) and the Swahili. Nobody wins that seat without this crucial vote. That is why Shariff Nassir was a common "mourner" in every Luo funeral at the coast.
