Slippery slope. Those cases ought not to pass through the judiciary. I don't understand why CORD should cause the drama; those MPS should have gone to police station, get a free bail or bond, appear in court the following day and apply for bond. And then let the lawyers battle on this.

The charges are faulty. The statements and evidence do not disclose any crime under the penal code.

But that is not the issue. Jubilee wants to scare and I have to confess we in CORD are thrilled at the incompetence of whoever ordered it. It's a gift with unlimited capacity.
