Hillary on police wearing cameras

That's going to cost a lot to maintain and no doubt a pain to wear. Monitoring every police officer and what they do ? Not possible. The man power to maintain that system would cost billions. Unless it was openly sourced and monitored by hot new IP camera systems, but that would mean a terrorist could gain access to police movements like they do already with building surveillance cameras. That's a national security risk.
