Politically a masterpiece; there are way too many to be able to analyse;URP are not complaining;That mean Jubilee power-sharing has ended on a good note; this was the only outstanding matter;

Otherwise not many inspired choices; It fell way below the criteria for CS and PS appointments.

The parastal and public service reforms under Abdikadir have been abandoned. That is the sad part.
