Sick of it.
Before it was 10 on the board needs to approve, now it's another decision by the head. I don't understand why it's gone so high up? Why can't it be resolved at the customer support level ?
This time they insist on sticking tooth and nail to doing "good research" at the cost of letting patients die because they can't fit them in pre-registered trials even though they have plenty of available free drugs.
