two stories...no link of where public can conduct the search ...looks like the  same story just like one with business registry

we need to develop a site or even a programme in the digital TVs (for those abroad) where we can try to verify and asses impact of all the projects being launched by national/ & county govts, agencies, independent commissions, judiciary, police, .... energy, lands,health, education, nys... mzalendo team is doing great keeping an eye and documenting NA
