This is Baroque to my ears! It shows Safaricom lost when their protege - Ndemo - left office. What I can't understand is why the so called "Regulator" granted Safaricom license to scavenge YU. Safaricom already held over 50% of the Market by the time YU was handed over.
I believe it is time for individuals and NGOs to use the courts to effectuate anti-trust provisions in the Law.
