Why is Kenyatta Shutting down the TV?

Can someone explain?
Is he trying to give it to the Chinese because media is too critical of his admin?

To be fair to kamwana.  The man doesn't have a clue.  When not attacking ICC at AU functions or binge drinking with buddies, kamwana is just not responsible for a lot.

This is good old fashioned disorganization.  There should have been a grace period where digital transmission runs alongside analogue.

The regulators have failed. You can't shut out analogue completely. Even in developed countries they are able o accommodate it.
