Life is short. Just found I lost a friend on 12/20/23 to heart attack

Wow I was about to call her yesterday only to see her husband post her passing on social media. Enjoy life my people. I got to meet her this past August and that was a farewell. I met  her at one year memorial of her dad's passing. This was her goodbye to family and friends.

 Do you still work out. Cracks me when I remember you saying you had a burning chest after running for only 1 mile.

Yeah I work out but very infriquent. I now do a lot of hiking. My hikes are usually 12 miles. As for running, I have run half Marathons and in 2019 I did a 15k. 2024 is my year to shed 30 pounds and fix my cardiovasular health. My cholestrol is in the Red zone. I'm at high risk of a heart attack by the time I'm in my 60s
