This is wrong. Farmers do the bulk of the work but getting the least money. It is immoral.
Does the ministry of agr manage how agri products are sold and advise farmers?
If not parliament should mandate that every agri product be managed. Excess should be sold to counties who in turn may sell to other entities.
A good politician will tell you the problem, but an effective politician will create effective policy to solve the problem, then tell you what the problem was.
